Mountain Air, Burnsville, NC: A GolfCourseHome sale.
The golf development real estate market, while still difficult for many, continues to show positive signs as recent news from our Featured Communities illustrates. Just in the past week we heard of sales to GolfCourseHome visitors at Mountain Air in western North Carolina and Treasure Lake in western Pennsylvania.
We also heard about upcoming visits to Balsam Mountain Preserve, just west of Asheville, NC, and several communities in the Hilton Head Island area.
The Reserve at Lake Keowee, SC, also informed us this week that the community had sold its 600th homesite and Heritage Wake Forest, NC, averaged 12 sales per month in the first half of this year.
