Toll Brothers Announces It Acquires New Four-Year $885 Million Bank Credit Facility

Toll Brothers, Inc., the nation's leading builder of luxury homes, today announced that it had finalized a new four-year $885 million bank credit facility. The unsecured facility, which closed on October 22, 2010 and matures in October 2014, replaces the Company's existing $1.89 billion revolving credit facility, which was scheduled to mature in March 2011.

In conjunction with the replacement of the maturing facility, the Company repaid with cash a $331.7 million term loan that was part of that facility. The new credit facility has an accordion feature under which it can increase to a maximum of $2.0 billion, subject to certain conditions set forth in the Credit Agreement and the availability of additional bank commitments.

400 Attend Hampton Lake & Beaufort Memorial’s Spirit of Women 'Pink Partini'

Nearly 400 people attended Hampton Lakes' Pink Partini, held on Oct .14th in conjunction with Beaufort Memorial’s Spirit of Women Celebration and Girl's Night Out in recognition of breast cancer awareness month.

Held lakeside at Hampton Lake’s Amenity Village, celebrants enjoyed special Partini cocktails, desserts and hors d’oeuvres, along with boat rides, music, dance lessons and mini-spa services--all of which heeded the event's theme of “Indulge in Your Best Health."

Specialists from Beaufort Memorial Hospital were also on hand to provide information on breast and sleep health as well as nutrition advice and tips for putting your best legs forward. Request more information.

Hampton Lake Introduces Signature Series Custom Homes, Open House on Oct. 24

Encouraged by recent statistics showing a rising trend of new home sales in Beaufort County, SC, Hampton Lake has introduced a new product line of custom homes to be constructed by four leading area homebuilders: Tilton Group Signature Homes, Custom Classics by David Weekley, Harden-Tuten Custom Homes and Full Circle Development. Bay Club, MA, to Introduce Affiliate Golf Membership Program at X-Training Demo

The Bay Club, Mattapoisett, MA, is introducing its Affiliate Golf Membership to prospective members on Oct. 16 and 17 with a  demonstration of its golf and fitness cross-training program developed for the serious golfer.

The Affiliate Golf Membership, a dues-only program, provides access to all Club facilities, including unrestricted access to golf, fitness, racquet sports and pool for up to two years. A limited number of these memberships is available.

Head Golf Professional Greg Yeomans and Director of Fitness Dave Maloney will give the 30-minute program demonstration which is based on their Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) training and certification.

After the demonstration, guests will have an opportunity to warm-up at the Club's golf practice area, followed by 9 holes of golf and lunch at the Golf House restaurant.

Did You Know .... Hills Quarter?

> Hills Quarter, VA is a golf community wonderfully situated in Virginia's Northern Neck region, a.k.a. "the Garden of Virginia."
