Good Morning! On a recent trip to southern Florida, I found a number of encouraging signs in the real estate market. One of the bright spots was Tesoro,in Port St. Lucie. Read about my visit here along with plenty of photos of this 1,400-acre community that is on its way back from a troubled period.
Also, Kiawah Island, a landmark Lowcountry golf and waterfront resort and residential community that lies just 30 minutes south of attractive Charleston, SC, has just joined the WaterViewHome Network.
