Good Morning!  Six states are represented in the Top 10 Most Visited Golf & WaterView Communities on the GolfCourseHome Network in July--Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Virginia.

We also have four new communities in the next five with three of them being in Florida. Just because it's summer doesn't mean that people are not thinking about moving to Florida. The memories of last winter haven't faded just yet.

And in more upbeat real estate news, Brunswick Forest, Wilmington NC reports real estate sales are on a pace to finish 30% higher than last year’s, which itself represented a record for sales with 145 homes sold. Good Morning!  Now for some good news about real estate. We received news of a brighter outlook from Daniel Island in Charleston, SC today in which the company declared June its most active month of the year with the highest number of single-family home sales recorded for 2011. Also, its 7-month inventory of single-family homes brought Daniel Island back in-line with what is nationally considered an indicator of a healthy market. 

 Builders at Daniel Island are also encouraged by continued signs of improvement in their area with more new home starts on the island than they've seen in several years.

The increased activity and decreasing inventory recorded in June are strong indicators that prices in the Charleston area are beginning the process of stabilization--good news for buyers who need to feel confident that their newly purchased home will retain its value. Good Morning!    We are pleased to announce the addition of Cooper’s Point, a gated Lowcountry community with deep-water access and championship golf in a charming Georgia town along the seacoast to the WaterViewHome Network.
