It took more than 15 years to accomplish, but the GolfCourseHome Network added a critical piece to its network of Member Websites today by launching GolfCourseHome.com--the 44th site in the GCH Network.

Two years of setbacks and delay finally
culminate in a powerful new website

GCH Network Founder and Publisher David Lott noted that GolfCourseHome.com had been owned for many years ago by another party, having escaped the web-address buying activity he had initiated in 2000. But two years ago the URL came up for auction and he went in and got it.
"Given the turbulent nature of the real estate industry, it has been really gratifying to be able to push through and develop a new site and launch it," said Lott. "We are eager to tell our clients and other master-planned amenity communities about this poweful new tool for their marketing." The development had been delayed for two years by the dissolution of the company he had hired to create the website.
"We've endured plenty of delays and set-backs," he continued, "but now we have a product that we can proud of. And in coming months, we will be adding more features and a ton of content. Social media, video and great graphics will help communicate solid information that homebuyers can use. We intend on continuing to be the leading source of golf course community information on the web. Stay tuned as we continue to grow."
A key component of GolfCourseHome.com is the GCH Blog which had previously been hosted on the blog hosting website, Typepad. The blog's more than 5,000 page views per month will now be part of the new GolfCourseHome.com.
The GolfCourseHome Network features more than 140 golf and waterview amenity communities on 44 Network Member Websites featuring homes and real estate for retirement, vacation homes, investment or second homes.
