Running Y Ranch Resort, OR is a Golf Digest winner.
Last month, Golf Digest Magazine ranked Running Y Ranch Resort No. 4 on its list of America’s Top 50 Courses for Women. The Running Y was selected due to its female-friendly design, amenities, courteous staff, programs and an atmosphere that appeals to women.
This ranking differs from other Golf Digest rankings, such as America's 100 Greatest Golf Courses, which are based on panelists' evaluations of categories like Shot Values and Resistance to Scoring. In compiling America's Top 50 Courses for Women, the magazine considered nominations and evaluations by a panel of more than 100 female raters, while also taking into account how well each course met the woman-friendly criteria established by the editors.
In honor of this prestigious ranking, Running Y Ranch Resort is offering a new Golf for Women Package. The one-night package includes:
- Two rooms of lodging for a foursome of women in the Running Y Lodge
- One day of golf on the resort’s award-winning Arnold Palmer designed golf course, complete with a golf cart and range balls
- Unlimited use of the driving range and practice facilities
- 15 percent off at the resort’s Sandhill Spa
Additional rounds of golf and nights can be booked as well. The package price is $114 per person. Interested parties can book online at runningy.com and use the code GOLFWOMEN.
