Vista Del Verde, CA reports that its Arthur Hills championship golf course, Black Gold Golf Club, is taking entries for the One Man Scramble Championships to be played July 28. An 18-hole event open to all golfers with an established handicap, the tournament permits two “mulligans” on each hole for every player. Entry fee is $106 per player. Tennessee National Fills Summer Bill with Prestigious Golf Tournaments

Tennessee National: Home to quality summer golf events.

The upcoming golf season at Tennessee National in Loudon,
TN, promises to be full of great events for men, women and
juniors. Several golf organizations, including the United States
Golf Association, have recognized the high quality of the Greg
Norman Signature Golf Course and have rewarded it with
several prestigious events.

Beginning in April, the club will host the 2008 SEC Women’s
Golf Championship, April 18-20. The tournament will be
followed by a U.S. Open Qualifier on May 19.
