Phase One Ocean Lots Sold

All the ocean front lots in Phase one have been sold, but there are 8 oceanfront lots still available in Phases 2 and 3.  Additionally there are a number of riverfront and waterview lots. Most lots are 1 acre in size, and have underground electrical services to the site; some have central water, and all are approved for on-site septic.
