The first in the Craftsman Collection series of homes at Sunset Dunes is now complete, the developer has announced. Sunset Dunes is located on the popular Canadian isle, Prince Edward Island.

The first of the the collection with 1,865 sq. ft. of interior living, the Craftsman home offers three main-level bedrooms, sleeping loft, 2 baths, observation area, covered patio, martini deck off the master bedroom, plus 144 sq. ft. exterior screened room. Cost is $299,900, plus GST.

All the ocean front lots in Phase one have been sold, but there are 8 oceanfront lots still available in Phases 2 and 3.  Additionally there are a number of riverfront and waterview lots. Most lots are 1 acre in size, and have underground electrical services to the site; some have central water, and all are approved for on-site septic.
