Brunswick Forest: The award-winning Cape Fear National®.
Home and homesite sales through the first eight months of 2010 have passed the $30 million mark at Brunswick Forest, according to executives at the Wilmington, NC-area community. The milestone represents the fastest sales pace since doors opened almost four years ago. Request more information.
Since January 1 through August 31, 2010 a total of 103 sales representing $30.5 million in volume have been recorded, eclipsing the eight-month record mark of 101 homes and home sites set in 2008. If the pace continues—and Brunswick Forest Realty officials say there’s no reason why it shouldn’t—sales will approach 150 homes and homesites for the year.
Homesites at Brunswick Forest begin at $75,000; homes begin in the mid-$200,000s. Request more information.
“If the housing market is depressed nationally, it missed Brunswick Forest,“ said Jerry Helms, director of sales. “More and more people are coming to the Wilmington, NC area, and more and more people are recognizing the value of what we have to offer in our community. That’s good news for Brunswick Forest, and good news for the Cape Fear Coast.”
More than 675 families have purchased at Brunswick Forest, which Helms says makes it the fastest growing community in the Coastal South.
The announcement comes in the wake of the opening last Fall of Cape Fear National®, an 18-hole premium public play Championship golf course that has been rated among the best new courses in the South; the opening of a 40,000 square foot medical center in a major retail and professional center called The Villages at Brunswick Forest at the community’s entrance; and a special welcome to the 10,000th visitor greeted at the community’s Sales and Welcome Center.
