Sea Pines Plantation, SC Residents Enjoying February's Hilton Head Island Gullah Celebration

Sea Pines, Hilton Head, SC and its residents are currently enjoying the cultural and artistic attractions of the Hilton Head Island Gullah Celebration, taking place Feb. 1 – 28.

Recognized by the Southeast Tourism Society as one of the Top 20 Events in the Southeast, this month-long celebration preserves and displays the culture of the Gullah people, descendants of slaves who  live in the Lowcountry region of South Carolina and Georgia.
