Good Morning! The house my grandfather built in 1936 that overlooks Vineyard Haven harbor on Martha's Vineyard is now for sale by Karen Overtoom Real Estate. My family sold it to the current owner, a dentist, in 1946. Fifty years later, in a strange, full-circle event, my mother had a tooth fixed at the house in her old bedroom!
Today, the 4-BR/4.5-BA waterview home has been restored to its former glory, and with 5 fireplaces, French doors to a terraced blue stone patio and a lawn sweeping down to a sandy beach and the Harbor, you couldn't find a nicer place to live.
