Two Mercedes Homes model homes will be filmed for HGTV on Sunday.
HGTV will be filming its new show, "Showhouse Showdown," at Lake Jovita, Dade City, FL, this Sunday. The 'Showdown' is between two professional interior designers who take two identical homes and decorate them with equal budgets in a competition for the best interior design.
Two identical 5 BR, 4 BA homes built by Mercedes Homes featuring 4,004 sq ft and 5,093 sq ft. overall will get the decorator treatment. Then an open house will be held on Sunday, June 12th from 1 pm - 3 pm that is open to the public who can see the results for themselves. The first 100 visitors have the chance to be a part of the show.
Lake Jovita is located in Pasco County in west central Florida on State Road 52, five miles east of I-75/SR52 interchange.
